ShopJack collects information you provide directly: first and last name, shop name, phone number, email address, shop address, and shop data including estimates, invoices, appointments, parts, and inventory records. We also collect general usage data such as which features you use and device type.
Your information is used solely to provide ShopJack services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for third-party advertising.
Your phone number is collected at signup to verify account uniqueness and prevent duplicate free accounts. It is not shared with third parties or used for unsolicited marketing.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption and row-level security policies. No system is 100% secure. ShopJack is not responsible for data loss due to service outages or third-party failures. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data using the CSV export feature.
When you use AI features, your repair descriptions are sent to Anthropic for processing. Text inputs may be logged for service improvement. Do not include sensitive customer personal information in AI prompts.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. ShopJack does not store your card information. Bolt Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase — contact support@shopjack.app.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@shopjack.app. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.

By using ShopJack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI-generated repair identifications, step-by-step instructions, labor estimates, parts recommendations, and any other AI output are suggestions only. They do not constitute professional mechanical, legal, or financial advice.
ShopJack expressly disclaims all liability for: (a) vehicle damage from following AI-generated repair instructions; (b) incorrect diagnoses leading to improper repairs; (c) safety incidents arising from AI tool output; (d) financial loss from AI-generated estimates that prove inaccurate. You, as the licensed mechanic or shop owner, are solely responsible for verifying all AI output with your professional judgment before acting on it.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during signup, including a valid phone number. One account per physical shop location. Accounts created fraudulently to exploit free credits will be terminated without refund.
Bolt Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when AI features are used. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days by contacting support@shopjack.app. Promotional credits have no cash value. ShopJack may change credit pricing with reasonable notice.
Referral credits are awarded when a referred user completes their first credit purchase. ShopJack may modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Referral credits have no cash value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopJack's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. ShopJack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
